4. purchases & payments
all purchases made through our site are subject to product availability. prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. payments are processed securely via stripe (for apparel) and gumroad (for software products). we do not store your payment details.
all sales of digital software products are final. physical goods may be returned in accordance with our returns policy within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
5. software licences
software purchased from diam systems is licensed, not sold. each licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software in accordance with its documentation. redistribution, reverse engineering, or modification of our software is prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. apparel & physical goods
apparel products are fulfilled by third-party print partners. delivery times may vary. we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, diam systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, products, or website.
